a very strange visitor to the shop , featuring a hollow plastic body ,a hollow steel neck with attached steel headstock ,and a thick plastic fretboard with integrated frets.the type of plastic fot the fretboard is similar to what mario maccafferri used for his guitars ( which he called dow styron). two pickups , but one cavity has always been empty , a similarity to wandre's guitars.it's all working now but it needs a neck set to play with a lower action ,extra

a beauty in fiesta red aka salmon pink, dated 11-60 o the neck in very good condition, with a few worn spots on the sides, refretted,was partly rewired in the 70's to give 2 volume and one master volume (from a schematic by dan novak, this gives 7 possible tone -variations).one of the pickup-covers on the inside is a replacement. was bought by the present owner from a british shop( george clay's), where it just had been part-exchanged for 2 white strats by steve winwood in 1964.comes with an old selmer rectangular case.more pics available.
this is one of the best sounding stras that i have come across ..
